By accessing or using Viculo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

Viculo is exclusively for residents of buildings that have been onboarded to the platform. To use the service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Pass an identity verification check (liveness scan).
• Submit valid proof of address for your specific building.
• Maintain only one account per resident.

As a verified member, you agree to maintain a respectful and productive environment. This includes:

• No harassment or abuse of neighbours.
• No illegal activities or solicitation.
• No impersonation of management or other residents.
• No sharing of internal building communications with external parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or if residency cannot be re-verified (e.g., when moving out of the building).
